Hereby you can see a trick how to controll your sailors on water.

In the previous tips you could see several controlling techniques, here is the next one.
It happens that sometimes we have to wait for one or more sailors till they stay in the line. This, for the others is waste of the valuable training time. For them, who ready for practicing is the best exercise if they go round and round eitherway with gyb, or with tack at the rubberboat. So for the coach there is a chance to looke closely the sailor's tacking or gybing technique.
Don't forget, that these kind of controlling technique, that the sailors staying in a line behind the rubberboat and they doing what you telling them is limitless.
